Council President Betty Hoster opened the Public Hearing with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Emily Albaugh, KIRPC, walked the Council through the proposed Stormwater Improvement Project in Wolcott. Applications for the next round of the grant, will be sent out in the middle of June. Emily announced that they need more photos of flooding, and property damage in town, preferably within the last 3-5 years.
