Council President Betty Hoster opened the Council Meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.

The March 3, 2026 Council Meeting Minutes were presented for approval. Council member Janet Gross made a motion to approve the minutes. Council member Chris Dye second the motion. Motion carried 4-0, Council Member Cameron Emond absent for vote.

Clerk Treasurer, Karie Holder, read an update report from Town Marshal/Street Commissioner Jared Baer. Karie then presented the APV Register for approval. Council Vice President Michael Johnson made a motion to approve the APV Register. Council member Janet Gross second the motion. Motion carried 4-0, Council Member Cameron Emond absent for vote. Karie presented the February 2026 Financial Review to the Council. Council member Chris Dye made a motion to approve the Financial Review. Council Vice President Michael Johnson second the motion. Motion carried 4-0, Council Member Cameron Emond absent for vote.

The Wolcott Street Department will be picking up corn husks and storm damage from the most recent storm.

Ken Smith, town engineer, is currently working on the Community Cares Grant application for the town.

Deputy Clerk, Breanna Plantenga, provided an update on a previous sewage adjustment issue.

Council Member Cameron Emond announced that the Town of Wolcott did not receive the grant for the Stormwater Project, and provided the reasons for the denial. The Town will hold a Public Hearing on March 24^th to discuss reapplying for the second round of the grant. Cameron also announced that he will be getting ahold of the County Surveyor to notify them of a broken tile on the west side of town.
