Old Business:
Ken Smith: update. There is still some work that needs completed by Town and Country. Ken Recommended that the town give Town and Country until April 30th to complete the work. Send a letter stating that the work be done by April 30th or the town will call the bond. He also recommends that we go a head and pay the invoice. New Business:
Area Plan Jennilyn: Amend Zoning #A72- Ch7 and Ch14 for carbon renewables. The question was asked that if the state approves the Carbon renewables what that do for White County. The state can approve the state Ordinance but the County Ordinance stands. Council Member Rex Pearson made the motion to approve the amendment. Council Vice President Jerry Lietz seconded the motion. Ordinance 2023-12-19: Election: Protects the town from the cost of a caucus. Council Vice President Jerry Lietz made the motion to approve the ordinance. Council Member Rex Pearson seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0

Charlie Scott: Asking about the water. Cameron explained what they are trying to do to fix the situation. Charlie said he feels he is wasting a lot of water waiting for the water to clear so he can take a bath. He said he will be patient a little longer.
