Present: President: Cameron Emond

Vice President: Michael Johnson

Council Members: Darwin Miller, Betty Hoster, Rex Pearson

Clerk Treasurer: Judy Thomas

Water Superintendent: Robert Thomas

Water Superintendent Robert (Bob) Thomas mentioned that he is planning on possibly retiring at the end of this year. Bob wanted the Board Members to be aware that he has been talking with Social Security, now that he has turned 65, and is reviewing his options at this time. Board Members thanked Bob for letting them know.
