Approve minutes or memoranda: August 1,2023 and August 2,2023. Council Member Rex Pearson made the motion to approve the minutes. Council Member Darwin Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0
Approve the Financials: July 2023 Council Member Michael Johnson made the motion to approve the financials. Council Member Darwin Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0
1. Department Heads reports:
Jeff Province: Wastewater/Stormwater- having issues since the 7” of rain. It washed out the bugs from the clarifier. CommonWealth and Tony Rogers are trying to figure out why the clarifier is not working properly.
Jeff knows now what to do if we are going to be getting a lot of rain.

Jerry Lietz: Area Plan Committee- Approved the affordable housing subdivision ordinance. New School
Will be built behind the Twin Lakes high school track.
Michelle Earney: Summer Festival Committee- No Report
Marilyn Maxwell: Main St Committee- Chicken and Noodle dinner September 30,2023 at the Wolcott
Theater café. 5-8. Main Street will hold a bazaar at the TCI gym November 25,2023.

Jeff Province: Estimates on Windows. New Windows, for the lab, were estimated at $4900.00. Council Member Michael Johnson made the motion to approve the estimate. Council Member Rex Pearson seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0
Resident’s comments:
Resident Mark Bachman wanted to know when the hydrants were going to be flushed? It has been delayed due to the new sidewalks and streets going in. He asked that we send out an alert when the flushing of the hydrants is going to take place.
