A RESOLUTION DECLARING DORMANT FUND ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Wolcott, Indiana has determined the Clerk-Treasurer needs authority to close dormant fund accounts, and WHEREAS the following fund accounts have zero balances and are inactive:
FUND 203-IHCDA HOME REHAB 2018
FUND 258-LOCAL ROADS AND BRIDGE GRANT 2018
FUND 301-DISASTER STORMWATER PROJECT 2012
FUND 302-DISASTER STORMWATER FEDERAL GRANT 2012
FUND 303-DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION 2014
FUND 412-ENERGY DEVELOMENT 2010
FUND 205- WHITE COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION 2011
FUND 243- PLANNING STUDY GRANT 2010
FUND 304- INDOT GRANT 2017
FUND 305- FIRE DEVELOPMENT GRANT 2018
FUND- 306 BLIGHT CLEARANCE GRANT 2018
FUND- 307 BLIGHT CLEARANCE SUMMER CHASE 2018
Said fund accounts are dormant/inactive and have zero balances with no funds remaining to be transferred to another fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following funds are declared dormant and the Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to close said fund accounts:

FUND 301-DISASTER STORMWATER PROJECT 2012
FUND 302-DISASTER STORMWATER FEDERAL GRANT 2012

FUND- 307 BLIGHT CLEARANCE SUMMER CHASE 2018
The provisions of all other ordinances/resolutions in conflict with the provisions of this resolution are of no further force and effect, and are now repealed.
The provisions set forth in this resolution become effective on the day of the passage and adoption of this resolution by signature of the Town Council of Wolcott.
