TOWN OF WOLCOTT, INDIANA
RESOLUTION NO. 2017-08
REPEAL OF BLIGHT DECLARATORY RESOLUTION
of the
TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN WOLCOTT
Whereas, the Town of Wolcott has addressed blighted conditions in the in the following area of downtown Wolcott that was designated as blighted as defined by Indiana Code 36-7-14 on December 16, 2008:
Market Street from Burke Street to 3rd Street and US Highway 24, also known as Range Street, from North Street to Anderson Street.
And whereas, the public infrastructure of sidewalks and street lights have been improved.
Be it resolved by the Town of Wolcott that the previously passed Blight Declaratory Resolution for the aforementioned area is repealed.
Adopted by the Town of Wolcott, Indiana this________ day of April, 2017.
