NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Town of Wolcott, White County, State of Indiana, as follows:

2. Monies placed in the Sidewalk Fund shall not be withdrawn and/or expended except for the purposes for which the fund is created, namely the creation and rehabilitation of publicly owned sidewalks within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Wolcott, Indiana.

3. In the event that the Sidewalk Fund is dissolved, all remaining funds will be transferred to the General Fund as miscellaneous revenue.

4. The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence or provision of this Ordinance shall not affect the validity of any other part of this Ordinance, which can be given effect without such invalid parts or parts.
