ORDINANCE NO. 2017-22
WHEREAS, the Wolcott Volunteer Ambulance Service established proof of need to encumber monies from the 2017 Ambulance Fund for the 2018 Budget as follows:
Emergency Ambulance/Medical Service-Civil $24,855.60 Ambulance & Equipment – 625-001-451.012
This request is supported by a quote from Zoll on file in the Town of Wolcott Clerk-Treasurer’s Office.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wolcott Clerk-Treasurer’s Office established proof of need to encumber monies from the 2017 Ambulance Fund for the 2018 Budget as follows:
Emergency Ambulance/Medical Service-Civil $24,855.60
Ambulance & Equipment – 625-001-451.012
The Town Council of the Town of Wolcott hereby directs the Town Clerk-Treasurer to cause the books and records of the Town of Wolcott, Indiana to reflect the effects of this ordinance.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, and passed by unanimous vote, this ordinance was considered for final passage upon its first presentation.
This ordinance duly adopted and passed by ___no and ___yes vote of the Town Council of the Town of Wolcott on this 19th day of December 2017.
