Approve minutes or memoranda of the following meetings: June 6,2023 Council Member Rex Pearson made the motion to approve the minutes. Council Member Darwin Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried 4-0

Jeff Province: Wastewater/Stormwater- Everything is going well. Getting quotes on windows for the sewage plant
Robert Thomas: Water/Street-Filters are working properly. Darwin asked that Bob sweep the streets and
Highway. Going to backwash and run filters. New signs are the north and south end of Homer.
Marshal Baer: Town Marshal-JR’s car is fixed. Taurus is still in the shop. Trying to get police to help
With the summer festival.

Ken Smith Community Crossing Grant: Passed out a map of the roads and sidewalks to be done.
Bids will start July 5th.
Council President Cameron Emond: Water Adjustment. After a little discussion the issue was resolved.
New Business:
TIF: Rebecca Trent Attorney: Rebecca will be helping the town establish a TIF district. Council President is
To appoint 3 for the TIF committee. The Town Council is to appoint 2 committee members. To hire Rebecca will be $1500.00. Council Member Michael Johnson made the motion to hire Rebecca. Council Vice President Jerry Lietz second the motion. Motion carried 4-0.
Resolution 05.2023.20: Resolution to pay the 5,400.00 to OCRA for the Comprehensive plan. Council Member Michael Johnson made the motion to pass the resolution. Council member Darwin Miller second the motion. Motion carried 4-0
Volunteers: Council Vice President Jerry Lietz made the motion that volunteers can have their Golf Carts on the sidewalk if they are wearing a safety vest and have blinking lights on the top of the golf cart. Council Member Darwin Miller second the motion. Motion carried 4-0
Resident Mark Bachman: Complained about his water being discolored. Council President Cameron Emond Asked Jeff to run filters or backwash. It is time to get the water tower inspected.
