The customers are not paying for the water being used, but the town is unable to turn their meter off, due to it affecting other paying customers. There is a loss of money and product. Judy also reported that the ARPA money used, has never been reported to the government within the last few years.  A bid was presented to the Council for the paving at the fire station.
