The current RSO officer for the High School has no authority. Jamie Needs to go to the Academy. Jared is willing to help until Jamie goes to the academy. There is also talk of the town hiring resource officers. Jaerd has a meeting with Superintendent Patrick Culp Friday Nov 18,2022 Darwin Miller and Jerry Lietz may go to the meeting as well.

Approve the Financial: October 2022. Vice President Jerry Lietz made the motion to approve the financials. Council Member Darwin Miller second the motion. Motion carried 3-0 Council Member Rex Pearson voted no to the financials because he didn’t have time to look them over. Instead of the financials being emailed to the Council they would like the Financials to be printed out for them. They want the printouts at the first Monthly meeting.
1. Department Heads reports:
Jeff Province: Wastewater/Stormwater- They keep having issues with the leaf vac. Trying to get the leaf vac through the season.
Robert Thomas: Water/Street- wastewater is good. Lots of leaf vacuuming.
Marshal Jared Baer: Town Marshal- Sold the Dodge Charger for 10,800.00. Would like to use the money
From the Sell of the car to go toward in car cameras. Council Member Darwin Miller made the motion to
use the proceeds from the car toward the in-car cameras. Vice President Jerry Lietz second the motion.

Council Vice President Jerry Lietz wanted an update on the emergency system. Breanna said that it is live, and she is trained. The residents that want to sign up need to call the Clerk-Treasurers office.
There were invoices for KDM held back until was told to pay them. President Cameron Emond suggested we go ahead and pay KDM. Maybe this way they can get them finished by winter. Vice president Jerry Lietz made the motion to pay KDM. Council Member Darwin Miller Second the motion. Motion carried 4-0
